College-ID-site

This July 19-20, high school age CRYSC players are invited to showcase their abilities in front of some of the top coaches from colleges around the country at the 2022 Summer College ID Event! This is the third year that CRYSC will be hosting the event and players can expect to compete on premier fields at a location to be announced with an audience of college coaches looking for the right players to fit their school. Coaches from Division 1, 2, 3, NAIA and Junior colleges around the country will be present, so don’t miss out on the college recruitment event of the summer by signing your player up today!

The two-day event will group players into sessions based on their graduation year (2023/24 & 2025/26). The girls and boys events will run simultaneously on different fields at the same site. This setup allows college coaches to bring representation from their full soccer program to a single event.

Find all of the information that you need to get your player registered in the Summer 2022 CRYSC College ID Event in the guide below. For any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact CRYSC College Placement Director, Anthony Presnell, at [email protected].

Frequently Asked Questions

Where will ID event games be located?

TBD, we will update the website as this information becomes available.

When does registration open and what is the registration deadline?

Registration opens on February 1 and will stay open until the event reaches capacity. Early bird registration of $250 is only available until May 20, after which registration will be $300.

Why is the event divided into graduation years?

Placing players into groups based on graduation years allows college coaches to more effectively evaluate players, creates more competitive play, and provides the players a more clear idea of who else is being evaluated in their graduation class.

Will the event be filmed?

Yes, we will have each session, small-sided and full-sided game filmed and available to participants following the event.

How will college coaches know who the players are?

Each player will be provided with a numbered jersey for the weekend which will correlate to an informational packet that each college coach will receive. We will use the information provided by the players in their registration.

What if the event sells out before we register?

We understand that this event may reach capacity and will be able to provide a separate 1-day event on at a later date if the interest level is high enough.
