CRYSC offers players a one-of-a-kind opportunity to dedicate time toward a vital piece of soccer development: speed, agility, and quickness training.
This camp is designed to help athletes maintain their fitness during the summer and prepare for the fall season. We aim to improve an athlete’s overall soccer fitness with soccer-specific, multi-directional movement development. All positions are welcome to participate in this camp. Sessions will address proper biomechanics in relation to soccer fundamentals that translate to all positions. The curriculum will include Linear Acceleration, Vertical Jump, Multi-Directional Power Expression, Aerobic and Anaerobic fitness.

Refund requests due to injury must be made within 2 weeks of injury or illness and must have a physician’s note included. No refund, credits or fee transfers will be allowed for any other reasons.
